PRAGJYOTISHPUR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS’ GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL PORTAL (PUSGRP)
A grievance is a basis for distress resulting from a situation or circumstance that one may see as reasonable enough to call for complaint or resistance. The situation or circumstance concerns what one views as, or what may well be, biased, partial, or prejudicialhandling in the construal and exercise of directives, measures, and/or normsthat a qualified authorityprescribes or implements.
Through the user-friendly Pragjyotishpur University Students’ Grievance Redressal Portal (PUSGRP),the universityoffers its students (and potential students as well) a platform to lodge their grievances online.PUSGRP is meant to bring transparency to the university’s grievanceredressal procedures. It enables the university to locate lodged grievances, observe actions taken thereof, and, where required, communicate straightaway with the aggrieved complainant via e-mail, phone,or post.Complainants can also login to the portal to check the status of measures taken by the concerned authority of the university in response to their complaints.
That being said, complainantsareto kindly notethat the PUSRGP is not the primary go-to platform for them to have theirregular questions or problems addressed. For this purpose, they can approach the university’shelpdesk that would accordingly guide them along the relevant channels
