Pragjyotishpur University hosted a grand Felicitation and Introduction Programme at Samutkarsh Bhawan to welcome the newly appointed Chancellor, Lt. Gen. Rana Pratap Kalita (Retd.). The programme was attended by eminent academicians, distinguished guests, faculty members, students, and well-wishers, making it a memorable occasion for the university community. Addressing the gathering, Prof. Raghavendra Prasad Tiwari shared his vision and commitment towards the academic growth and development of the University. Lt. Gen. Rana Pratap Kalita (Retd.) highlighted the importance of strengthening the education system and expressed gratitude to the former leadership for their contributions to the institution. Former Chancellor Prof. Pradeep Kumar Joshi reflected on his journey and shared valuable insights from his experiences in academics and administration, while Prof. Ganga Prasad Prasain, President, SERF, expressed confidence in the University’s future under the new leadership.
